She graduated from the Met Film School with a Master’s Degree in Film Directing. Her film The Schoolboy (starring Charlie Heaton “Stranger Things") won 25 awards, including the Stella Adler Academy Award for Excellence in Film and the Jury Prize at the USA Film Festival.

Sandrine has specialised in on-set talent management, making sure each talent is handled seamlessly all the way from reception, to briefing and shooting.
Sandrine's art background allows her to occasionally work as a set decorator & props buyer for the art department as well.

Osanna has a degree in film studies and worked for production companies in the U.K. before working with Casting Lux as an extra on a project.
A few months later, she joined Casting Lux and has since become the organizational genius of the team, handling everything from communication, booking of talent to scheduling costume fittings.
