1. Have you already signed up on Casting Lux?

You need to sign up on Casting Lux, before you can log in to your profile.

2. Did you check your Spam Folder?

If the login email was sent, please keep in mind that they can take a few minutes to arrive, or even end up in your spam folder.

3. Is your Email Address correct?

Make sure your email is spelled correctly, and also check if it's the same email address you used for signing up on Casting Lux.

4. Do you use any ad-blocker, VPN or firewall add-ons/extensions?

Please deactivate any such plugins/addons/extensions on castinglux.com to make sure you can correctly log in.

5. Did your email app switch browsers?

Example:
You used Firefox to open the login page (profile.castinglux.com) but when you clicked the link in the email, Internet Explorer opened and displayed the link.

Solution:
a. Instead of clicking the link in the email, use right-click to copy it, switch to your normal browser, paste the link in the address bar and press enter.
b. Alternatively, you could try webmail or change your default browser to the one you normally use, which will open links in your email app with your favourite browser. Changing your default browser (or the browser that certain email programs use) to open links can vary widely, therefore it's best if you do a online search on how to change default browsers on your computer system.

Still not able to log in?
